When booking you agree that you have read and understood our policies and you agree to them when booking
Policies

A $10 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your spot.
In the event of a conflicting booking, the fee will be refunded in full.
Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Time change requests can be submitted but are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a security deposit invoice of 800$. This must be paid a week before your booking to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
The $800 security deposit will be used to cover fuel expenses. After the charter, the remaining balance will be refunded, minus the cost of the fuel used.

Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance of your scheduled charter.
The $20 administrative fee is non-refundable, including in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter date will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit or 50% of the price of your charter.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the charter and refunded the safety deposit.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have extenuating circumstances and are unable to attend, please contact us—we're happy to discuss options and see how we can help.

The weather in the valley can be unpredictable and may change rapidly. Additionally, we are subject to potential forest fires and government-issued evacuation orders. While we cannot control the weather, your safety is our top priority. If our staff determines that conditions are unsafe, you will receive a full refund.
Full Refund Conditions
You will receive a full refund if your charter is cancelled due to any of the following:
Thunderstorms
Heavy wind
Heavy rain
Snow
Hail
Air Quality Advisory issued by Environment Canada
Forest fire-related evacuation orders
Partial Refund or Rescheduling
In cases where the weather is unfavorable but not deemed unsafe, you may be offered a partial refund or the opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability. These conditions include:
Light rain
Temperatures below 10°C
Air Quality Statement from Environment Canada
Strong (but not hazardous) winds
If you have any concerns about the forecast or conditions on the day of your charter, please feel free to contact us in advance.

safety is our number one priority. To protect both our staff and guests, all passengers are required to adhere to our terms and conditions while on board.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the charter—either for the individual(s) involved or the entire group. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the full charter fee will still apply.
Behaviors That May Result in Charter Termination:
Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff
Reckless actions that could lead to injury or damage
Failure to follow staff instructions
Intentional damage to equipment or property
Intoxication beyond reasonable limits, as determined by on-duty staff
Possession or use of illegal substances before or during the charter
Smoking while on board
Harassment (verbal, physical, or sexual) of staff or other guests
Tampering with safety equipment, including life vests, fire extinguishers, and emergency gear
Unauthorized access to restricted areas (e.g., helm, engine compartments)
Exceeding passenger limits set in the booking or vessel specifications
Refusal to wear safety gear when directed
Littering or polluting the vessel or surrounding environment
Bringing weapons or hazardous items aboard
Disruptive or excessively loud behavior that affects others’ safety or enjoyment
Threats or verbal abuse toward anyone on board
Jumping overboard or entering the water without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who posses a threat to safety and equipment for any reason including those listed above.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all.

Damage to Company Equipment or Vessel
Guests are expected to treat all equipment and the vessel with care and respect. If any damage occurs due to misuse or negligence, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
In the event of damage to the boat, the customer may also be held liable for lost revenue, depending on the severity and the time required for repairs.
Personal Equipment
We are not liable for any damage to personal items brought on board. By choosing to bring your own equipment, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential damage during the charter. We will not be responsible for replacement, repair, or compensation for any personal property.
